Caminhar. Deixar os olhos pousar no quotidiano arquitetónico e psicológico do edificado e do construído. Cansar-me no não-trabalho que é estar atento, retirar as imagens do quotidiano e fixá-las sem ser na memória. Tenho a memória cansada de tudo o resto e, ao caminhar, não posso nem quero esperar cansar-me mais. A verdade é que me canso. A verdade é que a ansiedade sobe. A verdade é que fotografo vários planos. A verdade é que queria fotografar muito mais. A verdade, por fim, é que me balanço entre a vigilância excessiva, a atenção desnecessária, e o trabalho que nunca tenho. Infelizmente, tudo é natural: a ansiedade, a fotografia, a atenção, os passos, o criar. Como dizia o outro, bom, ou mau, é se tudo ficar na mesma.

Tiring myself in the non-work of being attentive, extracting images from daily life, and fixing them without relying on memory. My memory is tired of everything else, and while walking, I cannot and do not want to wait to tire myself out more. The truth is that I get tired. The truth is that anxiety rises. The truth is that I photograph various planes. The truth is that I wanted to photograph much more. The truth, finally, is that I swing between excessive vigilance, unnecessary attention, and the work I never have. Unfortunately, everything is natural: anxiety, photography, attention, steps, creation. As the other one used to say, well, or bad, it is if everything remains the same.
